#ScandinavianDesign #CedarHouse #CourtyardHouse Located on the southern coast of Odde, Denmark, the Westergaarden Summer House presents a simple architectural approach yet is highly sensitive to the surrounding landscape. The entire building is clad in cedar, uniting the roof and facade in a serene, monolithic form. At the heart of the house is an open courtyard, serving as both a hub for activity and a refuge from the coastal breeze. Large glass openings connect the interior to the terrace and the surrounding natural landscape, creating a living experience that feels close to the environment throughout the summer.
