Part 1 of "Flywheel, Shyster and Flywheel"

Part 1 of "The Ocean Cruise," the only completed surviving episode of "Flywheel, Shyster and Flywheel," Groucho and Chico Marx's short-lived (1932-33) radio series. The show was set is the titular law firm, headed by Waldorf T. Flywheel (Groucho) and his assistant Emanuel Ravelli (Chico; this was also his character's name in the Marx Bros. movie "Animal Crackers").
