It will start from National Highway 44 (NH44) at Kodikonda in the Sri Sathya Sai district, Andhra Pradesh. From here, it will connect to Bangalore, pass through the Rayalaseema Region and end in National Highway-16 (NH16) at Addanki in the Bapatla district of Andhra Pradesh, which connects to Vijayawada. The 11 districts are: Kodikonda, Pulivendula, Animela, Mydukuru, Mallepalli, Vangapadu, Kanigiri, Addanki, Chilakaluripet, Guntur, Vijayawada The final destination; this will boost regional economic growth. Reaching here using the Bangalore-Vijayawada Expressway will be faster and easier in around six hours. Brownfield upgrade NH44 Bengaluru to Kodikonda (73 km). Greenfield section Kodikonda to Addanki (343 km). Brownfield Upgrade NH-16 Addanki, AP to Vijaywada, AP (113 km).
