Hello, today I'm bringing you a super easy recipe for delicious and crispy almond flour empanadas filled with cheese. I assure you it's one of the easiest and quickest ways to prepare them! FOR THE DOUGH: 1 CUP ALMOND FLOUR 1/4 CUP HOT WATER 1/2 CUP GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE 1 PINCH OF GARLIC AND PARSLEY POWDER 1 PINCH OF SALT FOR THE FILLING: GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE MIX THE INGREDIENTS AS INSTRUCTED IN THE VIDEO, THEN AIR FRY AT 200 DEGREES CELCIUS FOR 8 MINUTES OR UNTIL BROWN. If you prefer to cook it in the oven, bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure they don't burn. If you fry them, place them in hot oil over medium heat, turning repeatedly until golden brown. Serve while warm.
