Knead all the components and leave the dough for 1 hour in a warm place. After that, knead the dough again and put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and after 3 hours you can prepare pizza. Pizza sauce (Tetiana): Fresh tomatoes; Paprika; Hot pepper; Onion; Sunflower oil; Salt, sugar; Garlic. Fry all the ingredients and beat them through a blender. Spread the sauce on the thin dough, add any filling, for example, cheese, sausage, olives, tomatoes. Bake the pizza for 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° Celsius.
