🏍️ EUROPEAN ROAD TRIP – EPISODE 3 The conquest of the Dolomites continues, but the weather is still not on our side. The day starts again in cool and rainy weather as we head towards the most famous mountain passes in the region. During the day we drive the most stunning roads of the Dolomites: • Passo Falzarego • Passo Valparola • Passo Campolongo • Passo Pordoi The clouds hang low over the mountains and visibility is sometimes poor, but the scenery is still impressive. One bend after another reminds us why the Dolomites are a dream destination for many motorcyclists. In the middle of the day we take a well-deserved pizza break in Italy. And I have to say – the pizza was damn good. After a long drive in the rain, hot food tasted better than it has in a long time. After the break, the journey continues towards one of the most famous passes in the Dolomites, Passo Sella. Päivä alkaa jälleen viileissä ja sateisissa tunnelmissa, kun suuntaamme kohti alueen tunnetuimpia vuoristopasseja. Päivän aikana ajamme Dolomiittien upeimpia teitä: • Passo Falzarego • Passo Valparola • Passo Campolongo • Passo Pordoi Pilvet roikkuvat matalalla vuorten yllä ja välillä näkyvyys on heikko, mutta maisemat tekevät silti vaikutuksen. Mutka toisensa jälkeen muistuttaa, miksi Dolomiitit ovat monen motoristin unelmakohde. Kesken päivän pidämme ansaitun pizzatauon Italiassa. Ja täytyy sanoa suoraan – pizza oli aivan pirun hyvää.
