Today we're going to make some fluffy, sweet, and fragrant cinnamon rolls... the kind that fill the whole house with an irresistible aroma as soon as they come out of the oven. I'm going to show you all my tips for making them soft, with the perfect cinnamon and sugar filling, and a delicious topping with maple syrup, butter, and pecans. A classic that never fails! INGREDIENTS DOUGH 3 large LA CALERA eggs at room temperature 3/4 cup milk at room temperature 1/4 cup DULFINA granulated white sugar 1 1/4 teaspoons salt 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast 4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and warm CINNAMON AND SUGAR FILLING 1 cup DULFINA brown sugar 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon unsalted butter for brushing the rolls FROSTING Sugar Maple Syrup Butter Vanilla Heavy Cream Pecans Feel free to try making these at home; they're perfect for a special breakfast or a craving for an afternoon treat.
