Have you ever felt even more troubled and confused after meeting friends? We gathered to meet up, chat, and have a drink, but why is it that when I get home, my mind feels more cluttered and stressed, and the more I think about it, the harder it gets? I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had this experience.
