From Monkeys to Marine Heads | Ep 3
This week, I tackle one of the less glamorous parts of boat ownership: toilet maintenance. I replace the Piston Seal Assembly on my Jabsco manual head and swap out the infamous Joker valve in an attempt to keep things running smoothly onboard. Of course, there must be balance, so between sweaty seal replacements, I take some time to explore the island, and enjoy a few Caribbean adventures. Lessons gathered: Invest in a solid tool set, and always carry cash! Join me for another week of liveaboard life, where paradise and plumbing go hand in hand.
