Thank you very much for subscribing. #guavaatole #creamyatole #atole INGREDIENTS 15 guavas 1 1/2 liters of milk 3 cups of water 3 cinnamon sticks 2 teaspoons of cornstarch 7 tablespoons of sugar (to taste) 1/2 baking soda PREPARATION Wash the guavas and cut them in half. In a pot, heat the three cups of water and add the sugar and cinnamon. When it starts to boil, add the guavas. Cook for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool. Blend the guavas, remove the cinnamon sticks, and blend the guavas with the remaining water. Strain the ground guava and place it in a pot over medium heat, stirring constantly. When it begins to boil, add the baking soda and stir well. After about 4 minutes, add the warm milk. Stirring constantly to prevent it from rising or sticking. Add a cinnamon stick, add the cornstarch mixed well with a little milk, and add all of this to the pot of atole to thicken it slightly. Sweeten with a little sugar to taste.
