Rev. Dr Gregory Pinto is a priest of the Society of the Divine Word. He was ordained in 1978. His ministries include vocation promotion, Rector of the SVD Philosophate, Rector of the SVD Theologate, First director of Atma Darshan: Centre for spirituality and Counselling, provincial superior of the India Mumbai province and member of the SVD General Council in Rome. He holds a Master’s in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai, and a Master’s and PhD in Clinical Counselling from De La Salle University, Manila. His scholarship as well as wide experience is evident from the way he integrates great insights from scripture, psychology and popular wisdom into his text, rendering it a mirror to every reader. Currently he is serving as the programme coordinator at Atma Darshan, Mumbai.
