Interview with Marco Rivoira, owner of the company Rivoira Giovanni e figli SPA. “The purchase of the new Aweta grading machine is part of a five-year project to bring automated internal and external quality to the packaging lines.” In fact, the project foresees the installation of an Aweta Calistar sorter, also equipped with the Ultravision external quality selection system as well as the Inscan internal quality sensor, in order to carry out a correct selection of the apples after storage in the cold rooms and before to be packed.
