The Ford Ranger is the unsung hero of the pickup truck world. Often overlooked because of its small stature, the Ford Ranger is actually big on utility and might. The Ford Ranger was initially developed to be simply a fuel efficient compact truck. But what it became was something much more. Now with a cult following, these little trucks are as tough as nails, with some models (like this one) exceeding the capabilities of its bigger brother, the F-150. This particular little truck has a 4.0L V6 producing 207hp, 238 lb-ft of torque, a 5,700+ lbs towing capacity, jump seats and cargo space in the back, rear access panel doors, and more...
