Bally Strikes and Spares is an early solid state pinball machine from 1978. It has a simple layout and uses delightful chimes for scoring. The strategy is simple: light the spinner, rip the spinner, build strike values, collect strikes. I bought this 1978 Bally Strikes and Spares pinball machine from a man that had been storing it in his garage. He'd owned for 20 years, but for the last 10-15 years it had sat unplayed. It was in rough shape. The playfield was filthy, rubbers rotted out, flippers broken, and circuit boards corroded.
