I haven't posted here on the Rustic Carpentry channel for almost two months! But I'm back with a vengeance and a big problem to solve... In this video, I show exactly what I did during this break: I faced the reality of my eucalyptus roof. What was supposed to be a simple renovation and replacement of some termite-infested wood turned into a total demolition. The structure was completely rotten and condemned. I tore everything down and started from scratch in this video, which will be the first episode of the series on building a new four-pitched roof made entirely of treated pine. But that's not all! I also show you a summary of the work I carried out during these two months of absence: the construction of a six-pitched roof, the installation of sandwich panels on the pergola, and the rustic structure of the 2m x 6m suspended roof with French brackets.
