Chicken with Curry Sauce Ingredients list: -1 whole chicken breast -1 cup of cream (enough) -1 teaspoon of curry -Salt, pepper --3 tablespoons of olive oil -Mozarella cheese For the pasta: -Half a pack of penne pasta -1 teaspoon of turmeric (enough) -Salt -2 tablespoons of butter -Hot water For the salad; -Greens -Sweetcorn -Olives -Tomatoes -Carrot -Olive oil -Lemon Preparations: We cut chickens into cubes. We pour oil into the pan. Add chicken and cook on high heat. We put the pasta on the stove to be boiled. After adding the hot water and pasta, we add salt and turmeric. (We added butter first in the video, but if we add it at the end, you will get better results.) Pour the cream over the chickens after 6-7 minutes. Then add curry, salt, pepper. After boiling for two minutes, add the grated mozarella cheese. We thicken the consistency as you can see in the video. For the salad; Add greens, carrots, corn, tomatoes, salt, olive oil, lemon and mix. At the presentation stage, we serve chicken, pasta and salad side by side on boat plates. Note; You can also add mushrooms to the chicken if you want. Chicken is cooked on average for 7-8 minutes on high heat.
