Connected to Health - Integrative and Complementary Practices in the SUS (Brazilian Public Health System): Biodanza and Circular Dance: This edition of Connected to Health is part of a special series on Integrative and Complementary Practices in the SUS and discusses biodanza and circular dance. Biodanza, or dance of life, is a therapeutic system of human development based on experiences, which aims to stimulate communication between people and their own bodies and with other people, but also to allow an escape from routine in a fun and balanced way. Circular dance is a therapy that helps promote unity, connection, and the recovery of ancestry. Presenter Marcelo Morato discusses these integrative and complementary practices of the SUS with the director of the Rolando Toro Biodanza School in Rio de Janeiro, Andréa Zattar.
