WEBCAST: A Conversation with Christian Berger, AAC

Christian Berger, AAC has a long history with the Cannes Film Festival. In 1985, a film he produced, directed and shot, Raffl, was well received at the fest, kick-starting his feature career. That film also caught the eye of director Michael Haneke. Since then Berger has photographed five films for Haneke, three of which have earned awards at Cannes: La Pianiste in 2001, Cache in 2005, and his Oscar-nominated film The White Ribbon, which won the 2009 Palme dOr as well as the ASC Feature Film Award for Outstanding Achievement in Cinematography.
