Alma and I were invited to join the two spirit contingent in the Seattle Pride Parade. Two spirit is a term used to refer to indigenous Native American people who identify as 🏳️‍🌈 - they hold a sacred role in community, family and tribe. Seattle has a vibrant and growing Two spirit community. Alma who identifies as two spirit and Vic who identifies as third gender are active in the community and aiding in the cultural and spiritual growth of our qu€£r and tr*ns community.
