Is This the Least Expensive Bronze Age Classic Comic Run?
Is Jack Kirby’s Eternals the least expensive Bronze Age classic comic run in graded condition? In this episode of Only My Slabs, I’m looking at high-grade Eternals slabs and comparing them against the GP Analysis 12-month average sales prices to see whether this Bronze Age Marvel run is still being overlooked by collectors. The Eternals may have cooled off after the movie hype, but these Jack Kirby books are still packed with cosmic Marvel history, wild Bronze Age artwork, and criminally affordable graded prices. We’ll look at several late-run Eternals issues, talk about Kirby’s unique style, and separate real sales data from inflated eBay asking prices. After the Eternals run, I also pull out a few bonus slabs from the collection, including Crisis on Infinite Earths, Detective Comics, Marvel Spotlight 2, and the 1st appearance of Captain Marvel.
