A return many hadn't expected. City-Star trams have reappeared on the streets of Tver. Since last fall, all eight trams, costing the city budget over 200 million rubles, had been sitting in the depot. The trams, billed as a convenient, reliable, and even somewhat innovative means of transportation, turned out to be technically faulty. Today, the city administration assures, all the defects have been corrected and the City-Stars are fully operational. The question is: for how long?
