Namco Museum Battle Collection - PSP Arcade Collection [All 24 games]

In this video, we look at all 24 games arcade classics included in the Namco Museum Battle Collection for the PSP. Developed by Tose and Released in February 2005 in Japan with a North American version in August and the EU version released in December 2005. There are a total of 24 games included in total, however, Each Region's releases are quite different and contain a slightly different selection of games. The Japanese release was split into 2 separate volumes simply titled Namco Museum Vol. 1 (ナムコミュージアム VOL.1) & Namco Museum Vol. 2 (ナムコミュージアム Vol.2). These versions collectively had the most titles included. To make up for being split in two, the 2nd Japanese release (vol. 2) contained two new arrangement ports of Motos, an additional Pac-Man port called Pac-Man Arrangement Plus & a standard edition of the STG/shooter Dragon Spirit making for a full total of 24 titles. The US version includes all games listed below apart from the extras included in the Japanese release coming in at a total of 21 games. The EU version only contains 20 games and is sadly missing Ms. Pac-Man. I'm guessing the absence is because Midway Games owned Ms. Pac-man's licensing rights at the time, Namco either didn't want to pay the fee or Midway refused. The emulation quality here is very high and Tose has done a great job bringing these arcade classics to the PSP. Most games have a few video modes to choose from which stretch the image or make the game fill the screen. These make each game look quite blurry so the best way to play is to leave each game in its default settings which is what you see in my captures., Namco Museum Battle Collection was the first PSP game to include Game Sharing as an option, although you could only share the original arcade versions of the games and none of the included arrangement titles.
