Recipe: Put a veggie bouillon cube into water on the stove until it dissolves (you can also make your own broth or buy broth) Dice an onion and put in in a pot with olive oil to simmer. Chop or grate a carrot finely and add it to the oil. Simmer for a few minutes Add in the broth Add in a can of chic peas and a can of diced tomatoes (drained) Add in a teaspoon of chilli sauce A teaspoon of brown sugar Two giant spoonfuls of peanut butter or more Salt and Pepper Finely chop a floret of broccoli and stir it in, including the stem if you want Simmer until the carrot and broccoli are cooked through.
