The 8th Central Pay Commission has extended the deadline for ministries and departments to submit data. According to this official letter, the 8th Central Pay Commission has issued a new directive. Under this, nodal officers from various ministries, departments, and Union Territories (UTs) have been granted additional time to upload the requisite data via the data collection portal. Note the new deadline As per the official letter, the Commission had previously issued a notification on May 29, 2026, requesting the submission of necessary data through the data collection portal. However, several ministries, departments, and Union Territories were unable to complete the process within the stipulated timeframe. Consequently, the Commission has decided to extend the deadline. According to the letter signed by Deputy Secretary Ravi Prakash Yadav, the deadline for data submission has been extended to July 31, 2026.
