Make this and keep it in the fridge for delicious chai anytime. It's a great drink to use up some milk, too. It's a refreshing chai with mint, but you can make it less sweet, or add brown sugar for a richer sweetness. There's plenty of room for variation. You can also add more spices. There's also a small audio-only section, so please forgive me. (My iPhone seems to be broken.) ・Chai Ingredients 　10g Assam tea leaves 　(CTC-processed tea is recommended) 　10g fresh peppermint 　1 teaspoon grated ginger 　6 cardamom seeds 　4 cloves 　2 cinnamon sticks 　50g cane sugar 　200cc water ※Please leave any questions in the comments section.
