La empresa consciente: cómo construir valor a través de valores | Fredy Kofman

Fredy Kofman argues that the price of innocence is powerlessness and that blaming others is accepting an inability to change certain situations, because it is much easier to accept the role of victim. He also emphasizes the importance of leadership, which he defines as the capacity of human beings to face circumstances without fear and to assume their corresponding responsibilities, in order to become the protagonists of their own lives. He further describes the values that characterize leadership, including abilities, work methods, spirit, and philosophy. To illustrate his points, he conducts some practical exercises with the students and affirms that setting a good example is one of the most important values for becoming a true leader.
