Online lets you play the vanilla game while restoring online functionality, and the Community Patch Mod adds in the exclusive console costumes and characters, but does not have online support. The game version in question is the official Steam version developed and published by Capcom U.S.A., Inc., but has been taken down from the store for quite some time, and likely may never come back for sale.
