පල්ලෙකන්ඩල් දේවස්ථානය - St.Anthony's Shrine Pallakandal | Wilpattu National Park

🌿 පාදුවාවේ ශු. අන්තෝනි මුනිඳුන්ට කැපකර ඇති සිද්ධස්ථානයක් වන මේ සිද්ධස්ථානය හලාවත රදගුරු වසම් මායිමේ විල්පත්තු ජාතික අභයභූමියේ පිහිටා ඇත. එය වනාතවිල්ලුව මීසමට අයත් වේ. ඓතිහාසික පුරාණ පුත්තලම - මන්නාරම පාරේ පිහිටා ඇති මේ සිද්ධස්ථානය අනාදිමත් කාලයක සිට ම පාදුවාවේ ශු. අන්තෝනි මුනිඳුන්ගේ පිහිට පතන සුවිශේෂී වන්දනා ස්ථානයකි. පල්ලේකන්දල් සිද්ධස්ථානයට නන් දෙසින් පැමිණෙන බැතිමතුන් ආගම්, ජාති බේද නැතිව දෙවිදුන්ගේ පුදුම ක්‍රියා අත්දකින ආකාරය ඉතා සුවිශේෂී දෙයක් ලෙස මා සලකමි. කිසිදු පහසුකමක් නැති විල්පත්තු කැලේ මැද දේව ජනතාව විශ්වාසයෙන් යාච්ඤා කරන ආකාරය හරි පුදුමයි. නමුත් වනගත මෙම සිද්ධස්ථානයේ අතීතයේ සිට පැවති ආගමික නිදහසට බොහෝ කඩාකප්පල් ක්‍රියාකාරකම් සහ අසත්‍ය ප්‍රචාර කරමින් සමාජය අවුස්සන මිනිස්සු බොහෝමයක් වෙසේ. මේ සිද්ධස්ථානය සහ එහි ඓතිහාසික පසුබිම පිළිබදව මුලාශ්‍ර සහිත වාර්තාවක් සැපයීමට මා බලාපොරොත්තු වෙමි. 🌿 This shrine, dedicated to Saint Anthony of Padua, is located within the Wilpattu National Park, on the border of the Diocese of Chilaw, and belongs to the Wanathawilluwa Parish.
