Boss Analysis # 79 - Neo Bomberman
In the seventy-ninth episode of Boss Analysis, Bomberman makes a triumphant return with Neo Bomberman, and we attempt to defeat each of the bosses with no upgrades whatsoever. This means no firepower upgrades, no additional bombs, no speed-ups, no rideable characters, etc. Thankfully, unlike the earlier Super Bomberman games, the standard firepower is 2 rather than a measly 1. Praise to the bomb god for these small mercies! In the middle of a friendly blowing each other up tournament, archnemesis Bagura shows up in a mobile fortress and kidnaps the combatants. It's up to White Bomber (and black Bomber, if you're playing two-player adventure) to stand up Bagura and his latest creation, Atomic Bomber, and save the day. Bagura simply stopped us from killing each other, and this is how we repay him? Whose the real bad guy here?
