Digitize Your Sewing Pattern Blocks in Illustrator VIDEO 1
This tutorial will show you how to transfer your physical pattern blocks into Illustrator and digitize it. Once digitized, you can print patterns for sewing, grade patterns up or down in size, or even draft new designs from within illustrator. Patterns can be printed from home on a regular printer, a large format printer or even from printing places such as Kinko's, FedEx, UPS, etc. OOPS I forgot to mention something at the end of this video; after all your pattern pieces have been digitized, they need to be walked (all seams matched for accuracy). After everything is walked, then it's ready for grading.
