Eye Patch: Disables the auto-aim/aim-assist features for all weapons. Tough Luck: Enemies always go berserk. Always dive out of the way, never flee. Non-Scoring Skulls (Cheats / Modifiers) Piñata: Punching or meleeing enemies forces them to drop grenades. Sputnik: The mass and physical impulse of objects are altered, making explosions and jumps send bodies, vehicles, and objects flying much further. Grunt Funeral: Grunts explode in a plasma blast when they are killed. Boom: The damage radius for all explosions is doubled. Grunt Birthday Party: Killing a Grunt with a headshot results in confetti, cheering, and an explosion.
