THE ICONIC ST BARTH LANDING

**THIS ONE IS FOR THE PILOTS** Probably the best compilation of landings in st barth ever put together. I start with my training to land in st barth with my Cheyenne. Unfortunately after months of correspondence with the St Barth airport authority, I was informed that my special landing qualification, which I had since the early 80's was no longer valid. The rule changed in 2017 and require A recurrency training every 6 months In the same category and class of aircraft. Making it totally unpractical unless you fly there regularly. This video demonstrates how challenging it is to land on this iconic 2100ft airstrip. Runway 10 landing with it's very steep approach and deadly wind shears on short final and runway 28 landing always negotiated with tail wind, and a tight turn on final, with no possibility of go around at the last minute. There is very little margin for error!
