Touhou ~ Wonderful Waking World - Extra Stage

Haven't struggled with an extra this much since Koishi... maybe even more here. The stage is relatively simple and easy to memorize, the midboss can be kinda tricky but not too bad... but the boss holy. The nons were hard at first but you eventually get used to them but a lot of the spells are just crazy and can take your entire lives stock if you're not careful. You also gotta be careful when you bomb because on the wrong spell that's just asking to die. The eight spell in particular being Kuroji's from Len'en but even worse killed so many runs and that final phase of the final spell is just crazy. The On Off block mechanic from Mario is cool but that final phase is just too much. One of my runs had a perfect run going on until the timeout with a capture for every single spell and somehow died to the final with 4 lives. Kinda sad that's not what I'm uploading here but it is what it is. 3/4 of the attempts you can see are from months ago when I first upload videos of this game. I only got to the timeout once and then gave up so maybe I did get better? Not sure but I'm happy to have cleared this.
