How to BALANCE the DJI RONIN SC with the phone mount. (why is it so hard?)

If you own the DJI Ronin SC you will know it is a great little gimbal for you mirrorless camera. I have own the Ronin SC for a few months and I love it. I use it all the time and it is small, light weight and easy to travel with. BUT the one thing that has always been frustrating is how hard it is to balance with the phone mounted on top of the camera. Balancing the camera by itself isn't that difficult, it just takes some practice. Balancing them with the phone mount is very tricky. It really shouldn't be that tricky but it is.
