Renal Artery Doppler Protocol - Sonoquickies
How I do it! As always your exact protocol will be defined by the institution you work at. Here’s The basic renal artery Doppler protocol. Include the Aorta and IVC 🫀 with grayscale, color and spectral Doppler images. Renal arteries proximal, mid and distal with angle correction when necessary. Also grayscale, color and spectral Doppler. Renal veins. Do these bilaterally. And the intrarenal arteries (Arcuate, segmental or both) superior, mid and inferior.
