What If It Isn’t Old Age? What If It’s the Pills?

This video looks at a problem many older people face but don’t always recognize: some of what gets blamed on old age may actually be caused by medication. Fatigue, dizziness, brain fog, poor balance, sleep problems, and weakness can all look like normal aging, but they can also come from too many prescriptions, drug interactions, or pills that made sense years ago but haven’t been reviewed since. This is not an argument against medicine. It’s a plainspoken reminder to ask better questions, review every medication with a doctor or pharmacist, and make sure the pills are still helping the life you’re actually living now.
