This PERFECTLY GOOD Saturn Sky Engine FAILED... Tearing It Down To See Why

We installed a brand new LDK engine in Gabe's 2007 Saturn Sky Redline. The old LNF turbo failed catastrophically and filled the exhaust with oil and the oil with metal. Today we're tearing down the 2.0L 4 cylinder to see if there was every any real damage to it or if we could've put it back together with a new oil pump and kept it in service. After looking at all the bearings it seems like the oil filter did its job and this engine was fine for the most part... the timing set was trash when we removed it, there was a lot of wear and the shoes had fallen off the chain guides.
