I Bought an Abandoned Jeep YJ… Can I Save It From the Scrapyard?

I paid $1,500 for an abandoned Jeep YJ project, and I now have 30 days to get it running, driving, stopping, and into someone else’s driveway. The plan is simple. Probably. This Jeep has a 4.0, AX15, Ford 8.8, front OX locker, winch, cage, clean title, and a whole lot of questionable previous-owner decisions. If this works, my LS-swapped ’94 YJ gets upgraded with 4.88 axles, this Jeep gets saved from the scrapyard, and I don’t end up owning two broken YJs. In this episode, I go through the Big 5: Does it run? Does it move? Does it stop? How bad is the frame? What’s missing? Next episode, the axle theft begins.
