De IRUYA a SAN ISIDRO | El TREKKING más famoso del Norte Argentino ⛰️

Iruya is one of the most famous destinations in northern Argentina, but it's not easily accessible. This timeless village is located in the province of Salta (although it's accessed from Jujuy) and takes about 4 hours from Tilcara. You can drive, but I don't recommend it. Ideally, you should travel by bus to enjoy the journey and leave the driving to those who know the road. There's a lot of gravel, potholes, and even rivers that cross the road. Once you arrive in Iruya, you can explore the village and visit some of the viewpoints there. Also, in this video, I'll show you how to get to San Isidro, another small village accessible only on foot. In fact, it's one of the best treks in northern Argentina.
