How to even out Sri Lankan skin tone with makeup

Meet Glory! She's Sri Lankan and she wanted to know how to even out her skin tone. We didn't do the best job, because the makeup I used was crap, but you will get an idea how to do it. On olive skin tone we work with orangy under tones because they neutralize blue and grey colors. Usually olive skin is grey around the mouth and on the top of the forehead, because this is where it is dehydrated. Evening out the skin tone is no rocket science. The most important thing is that you match the foundation to the brightest part of your face in order to be able to play with the contours. Because Glory has very dark hair and my camera is not the best, the image looks a bit dull, but I will soon buy a new camera so that we'll be able to enjoy such makeup tutorials better. Don't be fools, don't follow makeup rules.
