Exploring Doha During a Long Layover | Souq Waqif, Falcon Market & Local Food!

During our 18-hour overnight layover in Doha, we decided to leave the airport and hotel to go explore the city at night. After checking into the St. Regis Marsa Arabia Island, we headed out to experience Doha beyond the airport lounges and luxury hotels. In this video, we walk along the Corniche at sunset, hear the evening call to prayer, and explore the vibrant atmosphere of Souq Waqif during Ramadan. We also visit the unique Falcon Market, try the famous tamarind juice, and enjoy a delicious Yemeni dinner at Bandar Aden.
