This session provides an evidence-based, multidisciplinary overview of hepatic complications in cystic fibrosis, with emphasis on the spectrum of liver injury, fibrosis progression, nutritional management, and diagnostic imaging. Expert faculty review recent advances in the pathogenesis and clinical monitoring of CF-related hepatobiliary involvement (CF-HBI) and discuss strategies to optimize liver-related outcomes in both pediatric and adult CF populations.
