Ben Aan - Hill walk - Loch Lomond and the Trossachs

A trip to Ben Aan in Loch Lomond and the Trossachs national park. Scotland's mountain in miniature they call it, Ben Aan certainly looks the part. Towering over Loch Katrine, the views from the top down over the loch and across to nearby Ben Venue are stunning. If you haven't tried hillwalking before, it's a great place to give you a taster. Starting at the Ben Aan carpark, you follow a well made path up to the top. It's a steep little hill however, so you can expect to be stopping for a few breathers!
