簡單週末 Weekend Vlog: 辣炒年糕自己做🌶️😍、新的書桌擺設💡、最近愛泡菜蕎麥麵🍜

Hehehe Today’s video is another new weekend vlog ❤️ It’s very hard to decide the title of today’s video because I want to squeeze all the good food in XD Firstly, I have to share about the Korean spicy rice cake! Everyone knows how much I love Korean spicy rice cake and I’m going to share the recipe that I used today~ Sometimes I make this myself when I don’t want to pay too much for a delivery. To be honest, it doesn’t differ much with those you get from a restaurant (personal opinion). Basically, the ratio of the sauce is: Korean chilli sauce 1: soy sauce 1: sugar 1. I usually add extra Korean chilli flakes because the sauce will look redder with it XD You can adjust the flavour to be sweeter or spicier according to your preference~ The second highlight goes to kimchi buckwheat noodles!!! I made reference to the recipe shared by my favourite mukbang youtuber KEEMI (original recipe:    • daily recipe #3 : Kimchi (bibim) Noodles  ) but I replaced the noodles with buckwheat noodles (I’m obsessed with buckwheat noodles recently haha). Regarding the ratio of this sauce, Korean chilli sauce 1: vinegar 1: sugar 1. Something that’s very important but I forgot to remark in my video: finish the sauce with a touch of sesame oil~~~ it’s a very simple proportion of making this sauce! You need to try this out because it’s really delicious~ p.s. I recommend you to wash the buckwheat noodles with iced water and let it cool down in the iced water for a while because this will make it tastes even better❤️ Right! There were a lot of people commented in last week’s video saying they want to watch me eating the marinated crabs so I put some footages in this video hahaha However, I know a lot of you are scared of marinated crabs so I slightly shrink the video XD hope this satisfies the people who want to watch me having the marinated crabs hahaha P.s. basically the household products in this video have all been shared with you in the “stay at home” video.
