For those unfamiliar with him, Henri Joyeux is a physician and professor of oncological surgery, renowned worldwide for his work in nutrition and cancer prevention. He has notably worked on the link between an unbalanced diet and health, a field known as nutritional therapy, and advocates for eliminating processed foods and increasing consumption of natural products, a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and therefore fiber. Henri Joyeux is known for his numerous books, his public speaking engagements, and his firm stance on dairy products, their link to disease, and their impact on digestive health, cancer, and other inflammatory diseases. In short, Jean comes by his expertise honestly! A micronutritionist, dietitian, and teacher at the Geneva School of Holistic Nutrition for the past 10 years, he's also a trainer, consultant, and webinar host specializing in health and nutrition. In short, he's never bored! And he's kindly taken the time to chat with me about nutrition and answer questions from the Happy Body community—questions that come up quite often when discussing food, health, and well-being.
