Starting in 1964, this iconic Marklin, Märklin, Class 44 (BR 44) heavy freight steam locomotive railroad model has been listed as Art. No.3047 in the Märklin catalog. Earlier, other versions of this legendary metal chassi BR 44 690 freight steam locomotive model, was sold as Art. No. GN800 (1955-1956), as Art. No. 3009 (in 1957) and as Art. No. 3027 (1958-1963). The Märklin 3047 was then listed inthe Märklin catalog until 1973. As also are shown in the 1964 catalog, model freight cars used in this video include the refrigerator car (Art.
