Pimpama Station Opening: 20th October 2025

Welcome to a Rail Town Productions film, in this film we are featuring: Pimpama Station is now officially open for business. Monday 20th October 2025 saw the opening of a brand new station on the Gold Coast Line in South-East Queensland, Australia. This station is one of three new stations being added in the Gold Coast, in part of the Cross River Rail project. Which is involving upgrading stations between and including: Salisbury to Dutton Park. New platforms and stations underground, as well as a somewhat newly reopened Exhibition Station. The first service was at 4:31am to Brisbane. Hope you enjoy this film, which also includes speeches.
