Okpanam Wonder.

Okpanam Wonder is one of the traditional masquerade groups in Okpanam, with a lot of wonders. The group performed today while members of the community were celebrating one of their illustrious sons, Chief Patrick Ukah, the newly appointed Secretary to State Government, SSG, Delta State by the Governor of Delta State, Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa. Chief Ukah is the first person from Oshimilli Okpanam town and Oshimilli North Local Government to assume the position of SSG in Delta State. He was formerly the Hon. Commissioner for Information and later Hon Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education in Delta State.
