In this series of Ostriv, I tested what is more profitable for the fields: using a plow or leaving everything to manual labor. We took the same 3-year crop rotation, ran the experiment in two variants and compared how the red, green and blue nutrients changed in each field. The result was very revealing: after 3 years, the plow left significantly more nutrients in the soil, while manual labor depleted some of the fields to almost zero. So in this video we figure out whether the plow is really a long-term investment or just an expensive toy with oxen.
