Part 1:    • Trust In Relationships & Dating  (Operatin...   Part 2:    • Keys To Attracting Men You Can Trust   KEY POINTS: This third part is one of my favorites simply because we cover three things that I think are critical in relationships and critical in dating and just being a good human in general. Part 1: We talked about is transparency, and how transparency is actually the key to creating a foundation of safety in a relationship with somebody. And if you don't have safety, it's very difficult to take risk. If you don't have safety, it's very difficult to grow. The safety between the two people allow for a secure attachment to form for people to know where they're at. And to feel like they can be themselves in their relationship even if it rocks the boat a bit. Part 2: We talk about is the number one way to qualify a man. This is a little bit different than how you might think to typically qualify somebody It's counter intuitive It’s about halfway through the video make sure you watch that. Part 3: We cover is starting to shift getting off of this idea of being results focused in your dating and love life and more into seeing that the things that you're doing, the ways that you are expressing your truth, the ways that you are stepping into situations that are uncomfortable, are actually the key to you transforming and being the type of person that you want to be ultimately garnering more self-respect and self-love. *** “it's not that people can't deal with the inevitable chaos and the ups and downs of the relationship, it's what people can't deal with and what people end up leaving relationships for is when they're so confused, they don't know where they stand with the other person.” What is completely intolerable is when you don't know what the heck is going on and so you must get out of it. The whole idea of not knowing what is going on is this massive feeling of just there's no safety in it. There's no safety in it but if you know where you stand with somebody, if you know that person's angry with you, if you know that person has a problem, or there's a boundary, or you're feeling this or that and you're in communication about it, you can have blowout fights. You can have times when you're taking space and the two of you are questioning the relationship but if you're honest and transparent about it there is a foundation of safety there because at least you have a shared reality about what's going on. But the moment you're lying to yourself and to the other person and you're not in right relationship with the truth there may not be these fights on the surface but you're not on the same page and that's often where relationships and connections end up just completely falling apart.
